Grass-fed Beef (20kg box)
We will only have a small amount of beef for sale each year so please get in touch if you are interested. We would prefer to sell the boxes of beef in 10kg or 20kg but as this maybe your first time buying beef from us we are also willing to sell by the cuts so you can get a taste and see what you think. Our beef is €14 per kilogram.
We have a small herd of Dexter cattle which we have grown slowly from our first cow Lily which was so kindly gifted to us from a great man by the name of Keith. They are managed using Holistic Planned Grazing which plans out the cows moves around the farm. They get moved daily and this means they get fresh grass everyday which is best for the animals and the land. Regenerative agriculture at its best. We are very proud of our animals they are a part of the family and we love working with them everyday and seeing how they can bring more biodiversity into the farm. If you get a chance to come on a farm tour you can meet them and see them in action.
