Grass-Fed Lamb
For us, grass-fed lamb is our best product from farm. Lambs are reared in the best way possible on solely grass and then finished in late autumn. When you buy our meat you can be happy in the knowledge that they had a great life and that soil has been regenerated by their impact. We only sell whole lambs (which are usually around 15kg) at 14€ per kilo.

We have a small flock of Jacob sheep, 30 ewes. We are increasing the number of sheep each year as long as the land can support them. The sheep are grazing with the cattle, the same holistic planned grazing system with daily moves. They are really thriving in this system, getting fresh diverse grass everyday means that they have no health issues. Sheep are renowned for having health problems and we have found with the holistic planned grazing they are very happy and healthy here.
